These terms cover your use of this website and our quote request form, operated by Premier Site Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("PSS", "we"). By using the site or submitting the form you agree to them. Work we perform is governed by the written quote or agreement for that job, not by these terms.

1. Information on this site

The site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer, a price list or a guarantee of availability in any area. Services, areas and availability can change.

2. Quote requests

Sending a quote request does not reserve a date or create a contract. A job is scheduled only after you approve a written quote and we confirm a date. Quotes based on photos, files or descriptions are preliminary, and the final quote may require a site visit. Deposits, payment and cancellation terms are set in the quote or agreement for each job.

You confirm that the information you send is accurate, that you are authorized to request work at the property, and that you have permission to share any other person's information you include.

3. Photos and files you send

These terms apply to photos, videos and files (for example a PDF of photos) you send us through the form, by email or by any other means.

What to leave out. Please do not include people (especially children), faces, vehicle license plates, house numbers you do not want shown, personal documents, screens, or anything you do not have the right to share. You confirm you own what you send or have the right to send it.

Using them for your job. You allow PSS to use what you send to review and quote the work; to plan, schedule and perform it; to share it with our crew and any subcontractors we use working on your job; and to keep it with the job record as described in our Privacy Policy.

Using photos to show our work. You also allow PSS to use photos you send on its website, social media and advertising to show its work, on these conditions:

• we never show your name or the exact property address;
• we leave out or blur people, faces, license plates, house numbers and personal items;
• you can tell us at any time not to use your photos (info@premier-site-solutions.com or Houston (346) 641-1441 or Metro New Orleans (504) 499-1039); we then stop new uses and, within 30 days, remove them from our website, our social media accounts and any advertising we control. Ads or printed materials already distributed cannot be recalled.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the form: no attempts to break or overload them, to access areas not meant for you, to send unlawful or harmful content, or to submit someone else's information without their permission.

5. Our content

The site's text, design, logos and photos belong to PSS or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

6. Other companies' services

Our quote form is provided by HighLevel (also shown as LeadConnector) and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for other companies' sites linked from ours.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it is error-free or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, PSS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
