Privacy Policy

Summary

  • We collect what you send us (name, phone, email, property address, job details, photos and files) and basic technical information that any website receives.
  • We use it to answer you, quote, schedule, do the work, bill you and keep job records.
  • We share it only with the service providers that run our website, email, phones and customer records, with anyone helping perform your job, or when the law requires.
  • We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their marketing.
  • Photos you send may be used to show our work, without your name or exact address, as described in our Website Terms. You can tell us not to use yours.
  • Contact us at info@premier-site-solutions.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Premier Site Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Premier Site Solutions", "PSS", "we"), which provides junk removal, cleanouts, board-ups, hauling, grounds care, fencing and demolition services in the Houston area and the New Orleans area. 2. Information we collect

Information you give us, when you call us, email us or use our quote request form:

  • name, phone number, email address and how you prefer to be contacted
  • the address of the property
  • a description of the work, the services you need, your timing and any other details you choose to share
  • photos, videos and files (for example a PDF of photos) of the property or items
  • payment details, if you pay online: payments are processed by the payment processor connected to our customer-records system (HighLevel); we do not store full card numbers

Please do not send gate, lockbox or alarm codes through the form or email; we collect access details by phone.

Calls and voicemail: our business numbers are provided through our customer-records system (HighLevel) and calls are forwarded to our team's phones. The system records the caller's number, the time and length of the call, and any voicemail left with it. Calls are not recorded.

Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider's servers automatically log your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. Our website uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party fonts.

Spam protection on the quote form: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting it. Cloudflare processes technical information from your browser and device for this purpose under its own privacy policy (Cloudflare privacy policy).

3. Our quote request form

The quote request form is provided by HighLevel (also shown as LeadConnector), the customer-records system we use. What you enter, and any photos or files you attach, are stored in our HighLevel account as your request and contact record. When you submit, HighLevel emails us a copy, and emails you a copy of what you entered. HighLevel may set its own cookies when the form loads, under its own privacy policy (HighLevel privacy policy).

4. How we use it

  • to respond to you, prepare quotes and schedule work
  • to perform the work, including sharing job details with the crew and any subcontractors we use doing it
  • to invoice, take payment and keep business records
  • to send job updates and reminders by email, and by text once texting is set up and only if you agreed to receive texts
  • to protect our customers, crew and business, and to meet legal obligations
  • to show our work using photos you sent, as described in our Website Terms (never with your name or exact address)

5. Text messages

We do not send text messages yet.

When texting is available: if you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we text you about your quote and job (for example confirmations, scheduling and reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of getting a quote or buying a service. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

6. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run our business on our behalf: website hosting (Hostinger), email (Google Workspace), customer records, the quote form, business phone numbers and email notifications (HighLevel), spam protection on the form (Cloudflare), and online payments (the payment processor connected to HighLevel). They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
  • People performing your job: our crew and any subcontractors we use, only as needed for the work.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect rights, property or safety.
  • Business transfer: if the business or its assets are sold or reorganized, as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information.

7. How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records, including requests and photos, for up to 7 years after the job is complete (or after the request, if no job follows), or longer where the law requires. You can ask us to delete information sooner when we are not required to keep it.

8. Your choices

  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: info@premier-site-solutions.com.
  • Tell us not to use your photos to show our work, at any time: info@premier-site-solutions.com. We stop new uses going forward.
  • Stop emails by asking us; stop texts (once texting is available) by replying STOP.

We answer requests within 45 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
